Priced Out: Wegmans Grocery Store is ObamaCare’s Latest Victim

July 11, 2013

What a disappointment.

Once again, the Affordable Care Act is hurting jobs, hurting companies, and most importantly – hurting families.

Today it was reported that the popular grocery store, Wegmans, is no longer offering health insurance to their part-time workers thanks to ObamaCare. Up until recently, the store chain provided benefits to employees who worked 20 hours a week or more.

It’s no surprise that the new employer/employee regulations under ObamaCare are scaring off businesses and hurting employees and their families. Fewer hours, fewer jobs, and a lack of health insurance for those that need it.
