Does Nick Rahall Still Have His ObamaCare Flair?

As DCCC Gives Away “I <3 ObamaCare” Stickers, Does Rahall Still Have His?

WASHINGTON – Almost four years ago, Nick Rahall turned his back on West Virginia and cast a vote in favor of a government takeover of healthcare. Since then, premiums have risen, hours have been cut, and plans have been canceled.

Earlier this year, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee gave away bumper stickers that celebrated the debacle and read “I <3 ObamaCare.” With the law crashing down around him, it’s worth asking if Rahall still has his sticker. He could peel away a sticker, but he can’t peel away his repeated support of ObamaCare.

“For Nick Rahall, it doesn’t matter how many plans are canceled or how much premiums rise, he’s sticking by this failed law,” said NRCC Communications Director Andrea Bozek. “Next year, voters will hold him accountable for imposing this disaster on them.”

The DCCC Is Giving Away “I <3 ObamaCare” Bumper Stickers. “Democrats seem to be making peace with the probable “train wreck” of ObamaCare’s implementation. The DCCC, which assists Democrats running for the House, is offering free I ‘Heart’ ObamaCare bumper stickers. The organization even took to twitter to advertise and promote its efforts.” (Mike Flynn, “Dems Offer Free ‘I Heart Obamacare’ Stickers,” Breitbart, 7/24/13)
