David Atkins 15 Greatest Hits (And Why We’re Calling On Him To Resign)

Since Julia Brownley seems to be too afraid to say anything, we’ll say it: It’s time for Ventura County Democrats Chairman David Atkins to resign. 

Brownley has had nearly a week to condemn the racist, offensive comments that her own Party chairman, who is listed as an endorser on her website, tweeted out last week. (Atkins even walked with her in the 4th of July Parade!) Brownley has been stone silent.

Meanwhile, Atkins has refused to apologize to anyone, going so far as to the tell the Ventura County Star, “I make no apologies.” His offensive tweets are still up, available for any and all to see.

Who knows if they share the same opinions or not? She won’t say anything. If she won’t stand up for Ventura County, then we will – it’s time for Atkins to go. His brand of hate-fueled politics has gone on long enough.
