Gone Golfing: With Obama Asleep At the Switch, Floridians Need a Check and a Balance

Gwen Graham Won’t Provide the Oversight Needed

WASHINGTON – With President Obama continuing to vacation while national and international crises unfold, North Floridians are reminded that Gwen Graham will do nothing in Congress to provide a check-and-balance on this president’s incompetent administration.

Just today, the president illustrated once again that his priority is golfing, not doing the people’s work. It took him only six minutes to get from his press conference back to the golf course, according to reports. With the president and his administration out to lunch, voters are looking for a check-and-balance in Congress – not a rubber stamp like Graham.

“With crises both national and international, and our economy in the tank, Florida families can’t afford to send Gwen Graham to Congress. Graham will do nothing but rubber stamp the Obama-Pelosi agenda at a time when America needs a check-and-balance on this administration,” said NRCC Communications Director Andrea Bozek.
