New NRCC TV Ad Highlighting Eldridge’s Partisan Politics

September 30, 2014

The National Republican Congressional Committee today launched a new television ad in New York’s 19th Congressional District. The ad focuses on multi-millionaire Sean Eldridge’s support for ObamaCare and opposition to the Farm Bill.

Watch the ad here.

NRCC comment: “Sean Eldridge wants people to believe that his ability to try and buy a Congressional race with his own money makes him ‘an independent voice,’ but this couldn’t be further from the truth. The fact is, Eldridge admits he would have voted for Obamacare, against the Farm Bill, proving that Eldridge will ultimately be another rubber stamp for his very good friend Nancy Pelosi.”  – NRCC Spokesman Ian Prior

Transcript:

ELDRIDGE: We need an independent voice who will fight for us.

ANNCR: Does Sean Eldridge think we’re that naïve?

He isn’t independent, he’s a partisan politician.

He threw a fundraiser with Nancy Pelosi in his multi-million dollar SoHo loft.

He backs Obamacare despite the higher costs for us.

And opposes the Farm Bill.

Sean, it’s okay to be partisan, but at least be honest.
