The House Democratic Caucus is the real “Factory of Sadness”

The term “Factory of Sadness” is usually reserved for the Cleveland Browns and their recent history of front office incompetence and failures on the field. But after the past four years the “Factory of Sadness” moniker may be equally if not more appropriately applied to the House Democratic Caucus; the Browns appear to at least be improving.

After all, Nancy Pelosi and her leadership team have spent the past 8 years alienating hard working families, falsely predicting huge Democrat takeovers of the House in 2012 and 2014, and then proceeding to help House Republicans elect their largest majority in nearly a century.

Then when asked about what went wrong, a delusional Pelosi blamed it on turnout, message delivery, and  . . . Ebola.

But despite the historic losses, denial, and increasing irrelevance, House Democrats overwhelmingly voted for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House so that she can continue dropping the ball every other November.

We can’t say we’re upset with that development.

NRCC Comment: “Despite being forced even deeper into the minority, delusional House Democrats are perfectly happy to vote for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker and the Election Day drubbings that have come to define her leadership. Fortunately for middle class families, House Democrats have become so irrelevant that the only people Pelosi is able to force her destructive agenda upon is other House Democrats.” – NRCC Spokesman Ian Prior
