The National Republican Congressional Committee is up with a new TV ad in Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District highlighting Rick Nolan’s troubling record of voting to close GITMO. This ad is part of a month-long cable buy in the Minneapolis and Duluth markets and highlights Nolan’s votes to allow terrorist to be transferred to American soil.
