NRCC Chairman Greg Walden Statement on Rep. Joe Pitts’ Retirement

National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Greg Walden today issued the following statement regarding Rep. Joe Pitts’ retirement announcement:
“For the past 15 years, Congressman Joe Pitts has faithfully and diligently served his constituents in Pennsylvania’s 16th district. It has been a great honor to serve beside him in Congress as he worked to improve the lives of Pennsylvania families. While his presence in Washington will be missed, I wish Joe and his family all the best as he moves on to the next chapter of his life.
“I have the utmost confidence that Pennsylvania’s 16th District will remain in the Republican column as we work to move our country forward.”
