Zephyr Teachout needs some #TuesdayMotivation to stop being a super-PAC hypocrite

August 23, 2016

teachout tweetZephyr Teachout took to her twitter today to share some “#TuesdayMotivation” with a quote by a fellow (former) NYC resident Eleanor Roosevelt that reads, “You must do the things you think you cannot do.”

It looks like Zephyr is really taking the former First Lady’s words to heart because she’ll be fundraising with the super-PAC billionaire Soros family after claiming she would never take super-PAC money. She also conveniently forgets to mention accepting $20,900, from the Soros family.

Maybe for next week’s #TuesdayMotivation, Zephyr Teachout will find some motivation to stop being a hypocrite?

NRCC Comment: “It looks like Zephyr Teachout’s only motivation comes from the billionaire donors she pretends to be rallying against on the campaign trail. It’s time for Zephyr Teachout to explain why she is allowing the billionaire super-PAC Soros family to fund her campaign since she is allegedly opposed to billionaires with super-PACs.” –NRCC Spokesman Chris Pack
