this is what’s commonly referred to as a ‘gaffe’

Bay Area liberal Josh Harder has some thoughts about the peon farmers inhabiting California’s 10th Congressional District. He wrote about them from his Bay Area ivory tower in a paper titled “Why Do People Vote?”

“Farmers vote at a substantially higher rate than would be expected based on their levels of education… because, like people with government-related jobs, farmers are inspired by federal farming subsidies.”

It’s ironic Harder sees himself as an authority on voting considering he failed to vote in nearly every election in the 10th District since he’s been eligible. Still, with comments like these it’s no wonder Harder is refusing to debate Denham before the local Farm Bureau.

Josh needs to answer for calling his potential future constituents dumb and motivated purely by government handouts. Even if he won’t face Denham one-on-one
