President Obama’s Approval Rating Tumbles Further, Stands At 42 Percent

August 8, 2013

Slowed by a stagnant economy and several scandals, President Obama’s approval rating fell to 42 percent according to a new Fox News poll.

That’s down 4 points from a poll taken just last month.

Not only were respondents against his job performance, but they also stood firmly against his recent trend of traveling the country and endlessly “pivoting” to jobs. According to The Hill, “only 24 percent say that the best way for Obama to solve the nation’s problems is traveling the country and making policy speeches.”

After almost 5 years, Americans are tired of the same failed agenda from this White House. That’s reflected in this recent polling.

In spite of his unpopularity, President Obama is still ready to travel the country for House Democrats. He’s determined to gain back complete control of Washington by having Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House.

We cannot let this happen. Join us as we look to grow the Republican majority and fight for economic growth through balanced budgets and job creation.
