Obama Literally Says to Paul Ryan He’ll Get Him A Budget “As Soon As Possible”

February 5, 2013

It’s been a day since President Obama missed the legal deadline to submit a budget to Congress. This is the fourth time in five years that he has been late.

This act is quite telling. It shows a complete lack of regard for our nation’s fiscal mess. Unemployment is at almost 8 percent, 12.3 million Americans are out of work, and President Obama is on track to add more to the national debt than all the presidents combined.

And when it comes to a plan that will outline our country’s spending, his answer is…we’ll get it to you “as soon as possible.”

Check out this letter to House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan explaining the delay…

It also appears liberals are willing to blame just about anything for this delay. Yesterday, we brought you some ideas of President Obama’s budget excuses. Now this morning, former Obama economic aide Peter Orzag blamed the delay on the actual printing of the budget!

Seriously. Do they also have to tear the perforated sides of the paper too?
