NRCC Statement on TN-02 Primary

WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Steve Stivers released the following statement regarding Jimmy Matlock’s victory in the TN-02 primary:

“Congratulations to State Rep. Jimmy Matlock on winning the Republican primary in Tennessee’s 2nd Congressional district. He is a businessman and a public servant who is ready to come to Congress and shake up Washington. The NRCC is confident Jimmy Matlock will be elected in November.”
