Pappas confronted over minimum wage hypocrisy

January 1, 1970

Hey there –

Chris Pappas, who voted to saddle business owners with a mandatory $15 minimum wage, was confronted about why his family business doesn’t do the same.

Listen to Pappas try and explain why backing a minimum wage doesn’t work for his own business, but he’s happy to force other companies to comply.

Pappas’ family business was previously called out for posting jobs offering less than $15 an hour one day after Pappas voted to raise the minimum wage.

NRCC Comment: “Chris Pappas’ hypocritical minimum wage position is exactly the type of political double-talk Granite State voters want no part of.” – NRCC Spokesman Michael McAdams
