NRCC Announces March Dinner Fundraising Total

Washington – National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) Chairman Pete Sessions (R-TX) announced today that the NRCC raised over $7 million for the annual NRCC March Dinner. The dinner, featuring keynote speaker Sean Hannity, will be held tonight at the National Building Museum.

“I’m pleased to announce that we have raised over $7 million to help Republicans retire Nancy Pelosi in November,” said Chairman Sessions. “As Democrats continue to force their radical agenda onto the American people, this outstanding fundraising effort is proof that voters are ready for new leadership in Washington. After ramming through a government takeover of healthcare, a job-killing national energy tax, and a trillion-dollar spending spree disguised as ‘stimulus,’ Democrats have sent a clear signal that they’ve written off the will of American families. The NRCC is committed to working with Republican candidates across the country to make sure that this Democrat majority pays the price for its arrogant Washington-knows-best approach to governing.”
