Rahall Misused Official Stationery

Rep. Nick Rahall (RAY’-hahl) says he improperly used congressional stationery to ask a judge for leniency for his son in a 2005 robbery case.
The West Virginia Democrat said in a statement that he should have used personal stationery when writing about his son Nick Joe Rahall.
