Pennsylvania Dems: Who is Kevin Strouse?
In today’s memo to fellow Democrats, DCCC Chairman Steve Israel says, “We are successfully recruiting problem-solving Democrats who fit their districts and can win next year.”
It’s too bad that local Democrats in that district didn’t get the memo of who exactly “fits their district.” Take Pennsylvania’s 8th District, where DCCC candidate Kevin Strouse has moved for no apparent purpose other than running for Congress.
What do local Democrats think about Strouse?
They’ve never heard of him. In fact, “they are grumbling about this young man who showed up on their doorstep only a few weeks ago and now wants their support for Congress.”
If the DCCC doesn’t watch out, they may have yet another early dropout from their touted recruit list.
