Polling Memo: ObamaCare 1,134 Days Later
ObamaCare: The Gift that Keeps on Giving. Or Not.
They say things get better with time. For ObamaCare, 1,134 days later, that ceases to be the case.
On Tuesday, Politico foreshadowed a harsh reality for President Obama and Congressional Democrats as its headline read “Democrats fret over ObamaCare as 2014 looms.”
Haunted by their health care vote, “Democrats have been fretting about the law since it passed, and they’re not exactly falling in love with it now either” and neither are the American people.1
New data from Kaiser asks whether those opposed to Obama’s health care law should continue trying to change and/or stop it or simply let it go. A 53% majority said those opposed should keep trying to fight it, a net movement of 8 points against ObamaCare since January.
Furthermore, as it stands today, only 35% have a favorable view of ObamaCare, the lowest rating since October of 2011.
