After Dismal New Poll Numbers, ObamaCare Turns To The NBA

June 19, 2013

A new poll from the Kaiser Foundation today threw cold water on the belief that ObamaCare is beloved by the American people.

Just 19 percent of those polled believe their families will be “better off” with ObamaCare in place. Only 15 percent have a “very favorable” view of the law.

In late April, Kaiser also released a poll that showed the law is as unpopular as it’s ever been.

It shouldn’t be a surprise. With the litany of disastrous news day after day as the law is implemented, Americans are finally seeing what a debacle it is.

It appears the White House is finally calling in their secret weapon…

…the National Basketball Association.

That’s right. The White House is so desperate for any good news on ObamaCare, they’re enlisted the help of the multi-millionaires of the NBA.

The Hill is reporting this possible partnership will promote the law throughout the country.

I sure can’t wait to hear Lebron James tell me why it’s a good thing that premiums have risen by $3,000 or why it makes sense for bureaucrats to get between women and their doctors.

Here’s hoping it goes better than his last PR stunt…
