Nancy Pelosi: “The Implementation Of [ObamaCare] Is Fabulous”

June 27, 2013

Every couple of weeks Nancy Pelosi unleashes a statement praising ObamaCare that honestly makes you wonder if she’s picked up a newspaper in the last year.

Well, yesterday she added to the list.

Appearing with HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Pelosi praised ObamaCare’s rollout saying, “the implementation of this is fabulous.”

Yeah, she seriously said that.

Let’s take a trip down memory lane.

A few months ago, Pelosi claimed that ObamaCare was lowering both costs and the deficit.

Then, at a press conference just a few weeks ago, she said she didn’t remember saying that everyone’s premiums would drop because of ObamaCare. It only took a few minutes of digging to find her saying exactly that on national television not even a year ago.

Let’s look at the facts:

ObamaCare is not lowering rates, it’s raising them.

ObamaCare is exploding the deficit, not lowering it.

The last few months has also seen poll after poll show support for the disastrous law is as low as it’s ever been.

In fact, the White House is so worried about selling ObamaCare, senior staff is spending a bulk of time each day just on its implementation. They’ve gotten so desperate that they’re enlisting the stars of the NBA and Hollywood to show middle class folks that paying $3,000 more in premiums isn’t so bad after all.

Oh, and let’s not forget that the scandal-ridden IRS—you know, the independent government agency that inappropriately targeted Americans and spent $50 million on conferences? They’re charged with a “dominant role” in the law.

So yeah, as you can see, it’s all going “fabulous.”
