Can You Believe it?! Connecticut Rep. John Larson DEFENDING IRS Employees.

After everything we’ve seen about the IRS and their misuse of funds and inappropriate targeting of conservative groups, any full support of the agency while this investigation is pending just seems ridiculous, right?

And yet…

Connecticut Congressman John Larson recently came out and said that the agency’s employees should be defended – even after all of the information has been brought to light.

Can you believe it?!

Says Larson, “There’s more than an abundance of politics in this place. But the IRS has a function and a job to perform, and they ought to be funded in the ability to do it. You can’t go out and find fans of the IRS. But listen, there are many valuable employees who do a great service to the country. The fact that they work for the IRS — that shouldn’t be held against them.”

Let’s get this straight. The same employees working for the same group that has been targeting and attempting to shut down conservative individuals and groups should be protected and viewed as valued?

I don’t think so. Talk about a blatant overreach of power – it’s big government at it’s finest.
