Louise Slaughter: Turkey Will Kill You

On Wednesday, Rep. Louise Slaughter triumphantly exclaimed that eating ground turkey will “kill you.” The rant came during a Rules Committee’s hearing on the rule for floor debate for H.R. 2879, the Stop Government Abuse Act, H.R. 2009, the Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013, and H.R. 367, the Regulations From the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act.

Like a typical Democrat, Louise Slaughter wants to control your eating habits.  If she gets her way, residents of New York won’t be enjoying Thanksgiving this year.
