David From Bradyville, Tennessee Has Watched His Coverage Skyrocket

November 8, 2013

“My insurance cost has increased over $120 per month and the coverage has dropped. I now have to pay for all doctor visits out of pocket 100%. Basically all I have now is a major medical policy. If I’m in an accident and have to hospitalized the provider pays 80% and I have to pay the rest out of pocket. Example if my hospital bill was $100,000 I have to come up with $20,000. Most hospitals require the co-pay up front. I don’t have that kind of money and if the prescription medication coverage is completely gone, I get coupons. So much for keeping your same policy. I pray I don’t get sick because it will cost me my life savings.”
