“My doctor recommended a certain medical procedure for me – 5 years ago the cost was a co pay of $40.00. The cost today $500.00. I was sure this was in error I contacted my provider and the rep stated it’s due to Obamacare . I am unable to pay this as well as the montly insurance costs.”
