For Kyrsten Sinema, Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word

November 15, 2013

I wanted to alert you to this fresh piece of hypocrisy from our good friend Kyrsten Sinema.

Yesterday, she released a statement claiming Arizonans “were told that if they like their plans, they would be able to keep them.”

What she didn’t say, however was that she was the one who told them that.

Let’s take it back to 2009:

Transformers 2 was ruling the box office…

The Black Eyed Peas were atop the charts…

…And Kyrsten Sinema was a state representative traveling Arizona saying this about ObamaCare:

“President Obama has said time and time again that for people like myself, who have health care plans that we enjoy — if you like what you have, you can keep it.”

Time for her to join President Obama and apologize for spreading this lie.

NRCC COMMENT: “Kyrsten Sinema can keep feigning ignorance, but she spread the same lie as President Obama. Why should Arizonans trust her if she won’t even join the president and apologize for selling them all a bill of goods?” – Matt Gorman, NRCC Spokesman
