Another One Bites The Dust

Another week and another top DCCC recruit decides not to run for Congress. Last week, the DCCC lost their choice candidate for Mike Rogers’ open seat and today Alex Sink is throwing in the towel. These candidates who live outside the beltway understand what Obama and the DCCC doesn’t – their continued devotion to ObamaCare is not only costing them votes, it is costing them their star candidates.

Roll Call: Democrats Lose Recruit for Mike Rogers Seat

“Ingham County Clerk Barb Byrum, who was in town last week meeting with senior House Democrats, announced Tuesday she will not run for Michigan’s open 8th District seat. The decision is a blow to national Democrats’ hopes to contend in the district of Republican Rep. Mike Rogers, who recently announced his retirement.”

Oh and don’t forget their primary problems in competitive races like PA-08: Emily’s List candidate Shaughnessy Naughton and DCCC backed candidate Kevin Strouse have been going after each other in back-to-back debates this week.
