NRCC TV Ad Highlighting Sean Eldridge’s Hypocrisy

October 21, 2014

Hey there,

The NRCC is up with a new television ad in NY-19 entitled “Hypocrite.” The ad will air for the next week on Albany broadcast and New York City cable. And really, isn’t this the ad that everyone’s been waiting for? It perfectly sums up $ean Eldridge’s “do as I say not as I do” campaign.

Check it out here.

NRCC Comment: “Sean Eldridge’s campaign is about one thing and one thing alone – Sean Eldridge. The fact is, Eldridge is nothing more than a wealthy, self-entitled hypocrite who believes that ‘do as I say, not as I do’ is a perfectly swell philosophy if you can spend $1.84 million of your own money on television with the ‘do as I say’ part.” – NRCC Spokesman Ian Prior

Transcript:

ANNCR: Hypocrite, noun.

Political definition? Sean Eldridge.

His ads pronounce –

ELDRIDGE: I oppose fracking and I’ll be an independent advocate to protect our environment.

ANNCR: But Sean Eldridge benefitted from huge investments in big oil and gas frackers.

It’s the same Sean Eldridge who decries big money in politics

While spending millions on liberal causes and his own campaign.

Sean Eldridge, just another politician who profits from his hypocrisy.

The National Republican Congressional Committee is responsible for the content of this advertising.
