Will Gwen Graham Donate Her Salary Back to the Treasury?

As you may recall, Gwen Graham said that if Congress fails to pass a budget that she would not accept her paycheck.  Since Graham voted against every one of the seven budgets considered by the House of Representatives last night, even a budget that balances, will she now return her paycheck back to the treasury?

Graham’s argument is that she voted no because she didn’t like any of the seven House budgets.  If that were the case, she could have proposed and voted for her own budget – as any member of Congress is entitled to do.  So now that Graham has tried her best to get Congress to fail to pass a budget, will she keep her pledge to return her paycheck?
