Santarsiero upset over opponent showcasing his dismal job performance

April 11, 2016

Steve SantarsieroSteven Santarsiero is in full-blown denial mode over PA-08 primary opponent Shaughnessy Naughton criticizing him for never getting a bill signed into law during his 7-plus years in the state legislature.  Santarsiero’s response to Naughton’s attack was to deny the truth and then send out a fundraising e-mail proclaiming that he has “passed over 54 bills in the state legislature.”  That is completely false.

If you look at the bills that Santarsiero introduced during his 2,652 days as a state representative, none were signed into law.

Stop crying, Steven.  Do stuff.

NRCC Comment: “Steve Santarsiero has never had a bill signed into law despite being a state representative for over seven years.  If Steve Santarsiero can’t do his job in Harrisburg, how can he be expected to do the job in Congress?” –NRCC Spokesman Chris Pack
