NRCC Chairman Greg Walden’s Statement On Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional District Primary Results

National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Greg Walden issued the following statement on the results of the Pennsylvania 8^th District primary election:

“Brian Fitzpatrick has spent his career supporting global counterterrorism efforts, battling political corruption and putting violent drug offenders behind bars.  At a time when our country is facing threats both at home and abroad, it should be reassuring to the people of Pennsylvania’s 8^th District that they have a candidate in Brian Fitzpatrick with real world experience. Brian Fitzpatrick will be a tremendous asset to our Republican conference and I have every confidence that he will be successful in November.”
