Does Mike Derrick want to expand Obamacare?

Now that Democrats are running to the left on health care thanks to the rise of socialist Bernie Sanders, what does NY-21 candidate Mike Derrick think?

Sanders beat Hillary Clinton every county in NY-21.  Since Derrick’s Democratic base is feelin’ the Bern, will Derrick join them in embracing an expansion of Obamacare?  Or will Derrick turn his back on his Democratic base by standing with Hillary, who thinks Obamacare is working?
