Ralston had to press Rosen and Kihuen three times before they would directly address the ongoing investigation. In fact, Ralston remarked that he had never “experienced such quicksilver pivoting” and that neither “wanted to answer my simple question about whether they had any concerns about Clinton’s server use being subject to a federal probe.”

Kihuen flatly stated that he isn’t concerned. Rosen said it was a “distraction from the issues.” Unfortunately for Hillary, Jacky, and Ruben the FBI is concerned and thinks Hillary’s off-the-books server is a very important issue. In fact, the FBI is investigating Hillary for endangering national security and their findings could lead to an indictment. Maybe then Rosen and Kihuen will care.

NRCC Comment: “No matter how hard they try, Jacky Rosen and Ruben Kihuen will not be able to ignore the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s unsecure email server that endangered our national security. Rosen and Kihuen can pretend they don’t care, but a federal indictment would have them changing their tune.” – NRCC Spokesman Zach Hunter
