Teachout campaigns with PAC money extraordinaire

Zephyr Teachout tries her hardest to have it both ways. She pretends to be some sort of political crusader waging a war on PAC money. But next week she is holding a fundraiser with “special guest” Steny Hoyer, who is well-versed in the PAC money game. Hoyer has taken $1,403,530 from PACs so far this election cycle. And Hoyer’s own personal PAC has already doled out $711,999 ($231,000 so far in 2016 and $480,999 in 2015) this cycle.
