House Majority PAC pulls out of MN-03

Despite all of the bluster and fake in-house “polls” from the DCCC, national Democrats are bailing on Terri Bonoff’s failing campaign.

A new report from Roll Call shows that Nancy Pelosi’s Super PAC, House Majority PAC, has cancelled its TV reservations in Minnesota’s 3rd Congressional District. News of House Majority PAC’s exit comes the same day The Washington Post’s Dana Milbank is reporting that the DCCC’s national strategy of attempting to tie their races to the top of the ticket has failed.

The DCCC has been vocal about their plan to make up for their recruiting failures by expanding the map into more suburban districts, with MN-03 as their prime example. Well, it looks like that plan is falling by the wayside as well, as not even Nancy Pelosi’s own Super PAC believes it is a viable path.

NRCC Comment: “The DCCC can put out all the fake polls it wants, but now that Nancy Pelosi’s Super PAC has abandoned Terri Bonoff, it’s time to stop pretending the 3rd District is competitive. The DCCC’s suburban strategy has failed, and now, more than ever, it’s clear House Democrats have no path to the majority.” – NRCC Spokesman Bob Salera
