It begins

As single-payer enthralls the far-left base and Democrats rush to embrace this controversial issue, it’s becoming clear single-payer will be the marquee litmus test in Democratic primaries in 2018.

Yesterday, the pied piper began playing his tune in Washington’s Eighth District.

Asked in a Daily Kos forum whether she supports single-payer, Dr. Kim Schrier dipped her toe in support of the plan… cautiously.

That’s not likely to be good enough for the Democratic base, if the anger sparked by politicians refusing to come fully on board with the socialist pipe dream is any indication. Sitting Democratic Congressmen in California and Nevada have already drawn primaries over single-payer, with more likely to come.

Where does the rest of the WA-8 field stand on this important issue? Who will position themselves even further to the left of Dr. Schrier? These important questions need answering… and we can’t wait to find out.
