Don’t take our word for it – that’s what the DCCC thinks of its own vulnerable Member, Raul Ruiz, for voting to shut down the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

House Republicans passed a bill reauthorizing CHIP for 5 years on November 3. 174 Democrats – including Ruiz – voted no, effectively voting to kill the program providing healthcare to over 2 million kids in California.

While Democrats let the program languish to try to score political points, Republicans are working to put emergency measures in place to make sure no child goes without healthcare.

We can’t wait to see what the DCCC will say next about its vulnerable Members… keep it up, guys!
