Then and now

March 8, 2018

When Ruben Kihuen’s repeated sexual harassment of a junior staffer came to light, Nancy Pelosi and the DCCC were quick to call on him to step down. He didn’t.

Now that Kihuen is publicly mulling whether to run for re-election, is Nancy sticking by her strong “zero tolerance” stand? Nope.

Asked today about Kihuen’s thought process, Pelosi said: “Let’s see what he decides to do.”

The DCCC has remained conspicuously silent, as well.

If “zero tolerance” for sexual harassment only applies when Nancy feels like it, isn’t that just… tolerance?
