CONFIDENTIAL: Democrats’ Dark Secret

Democrats preach about their dedication to stamp out dark money in politics, even introducing a bill last week framed as an ‘anti-corruption’ measure.

What they don’t want you know is the truth: Liberal dark money groups accounted for the majority of midterm spending last cycle. In fact, one liberal dark money group alone accounted for about $1 of every $3 in dark money spending last year.

Did Democrats really believe people wouldn’t figure out their dark secret? Or maybe they were hoping if they introduced enough messaging bills and held enough press conferences, nobody would bother to wonder?
