Polls: socialism doesn’t sell

March 4, 2019

Democrats are in big trouble as poll after poll affirms that Americans want absolutely nothing to do with socialism.

NBC News reported just 18 percent of all Americans say they view the term positively, versus 50 percent who see it in a negative light.

And another recent poll said socialism “could be the single most significant finding this cycle that the Democratic Party has let its image slide into being seen as a party supporting socialism by almost two-thirds of the voters.”

Yet despite the abysmal poll numbers, Democrats have embraced socialism with open arms. Their two signature policies are Medicare for All, a $32 trillion government takeover of health care, and the Green New Deal, a $93 trillion government takeover of the economy that will dictate what cars you can drive, what houses you can live in and what food you can eat.

The 2020 election is a choice between socialism and individual freedom, and it’s clear where American voters stand. But shhh…don’t tell the socialist House Democrats.
