Angie leaps left

As she and her party embrace socialism, Angie Craig’s not-so subtle movement to the left has Minnesotans back home worried.

At her most recent town hall, a concerned constituent asked Craig if she supported socialism, a question she dodged three times. Now Craig is co-sponsoring a job-killing energy tax that would directly raise the cost of electricity, gasoline, diesel fuel, and home heating oil.

Her support for the tax comes on the heels of her party’s embrace of the Green New Deal, which would ban fossil fuels, eliminate millions of jobs and cost taxpayers $93 trillion.

At this rate, it won’t be long before Craig backs socialized medicine, a 90% tax rate and the rest of the socialist Democrats’ agenda…
