Allred’s budget BS

In an interview with Dallas Weekly, Colin Allred had some soaring rhetoric about the importance of a budget, saying, “Budgets are about values. It’s a statement of values.”

So, by Allred’s standard, he and his socialist Democrat colleagues value…nothing! The Washington Post reports that House Democrats will not even propose a budget, let alone pass one, as they seek to avoid taking a vote on zany socialist ideas like the oil and gas-killing Green New Deal, socialized medicine and massive tax hikes. Looks like the only thing Allred and the socialist Democrats value is sitting on their hands and collecting a $174,000 salary.
