Socialist Kara Eastman: I’m not a socialist

Socialist Democrat Kara Eastman is taking exception to being called a socialist, tweeting her fury at the NRCC for accurately applying the politically toxic label.

Let’s take a look at why Kara Eastman is, in fact, a socialist!

• Eastman supports the Democrats’ socialized medicine plan that would ban private and employer-provided health insurance, kicking countless Nebraska families off of their current plan.
• Eastman supports the Green New Deal, a $93 trillion socialist takeover of the economy that seeks to rebuild every building in America and ban air travel and gassy cows.
• Eastman supports Bernie’s “free” college program and its $47 billion per year price tag.
• Eastman is a strong advocate of other socialist pet issues, including increased gun control and abortion up to the moment of birth.
