AZ Democrats cave on FEMA money, crisis coordinator

The immigration bill Tom O’Halleran and Ann Kirkpatrick voted for today does NOT provide any of the FEMA money they’ve said is so desperately needed at the border. It also does not appoint a crisis coordinator for the Southern border.
 
Why did O’Halleran and Kirkpatrick vote for the bill if it doesn’t fix the problem?
