Haley Stevens: Babies don’t have souls

A constituent recently asked Haley Stevens if she would sign a petition to force a vote on the Born Alive Survivors Act.  The bill would require doctors to provide lifesaving medical care to newborn babies who survive a botched abortion – like Claire, Melissa, Sarah and Josiah.

Stevens answered that when it comes to infanticide, she listens to Rep. Kim Schrier, who thinks babies with heartbeats don’t have souls.
