Will Kind keep his word to veterans?

Ron Kind just wrote an op-ed claiming his dedication to finding solutions for service members, veterans and their families.
Except… he and the socialist Democrats are jeopardizing billions in funding for our troops by refusing to vote on the bipartisan NDAA.
Will Kind keep his word and demand Speaker Pelosi allow a vote on the bipartisan NDAA (which even Sens. Baldwin and Johnson supported) or will he stand with his socialist base and politicize national security?
