OC Register calls out Cisernos PAC donations

Did you see that the Orange County Register called out Cisernos for taking PAC donations after he promised not to take any?
When Cisneros spokesman Orrin Evans was asked about the PAC money, “Evans deferred to a written statement that didn’t address that question.”
Cisernos has received a total of $256,859 from PACs so far this year, including $151,309 this quarter.
Will Cisernos return the money?
