NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer’s Statement on Rep. Will Hurd’s Retirement

WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer released the following statement on Rep. Will Hurd’s (R-TX) retirement:

“I’d like to thank Will Hurd for his lifetime of service to our country. Will is a patriot and I wish him all the best. “Contrary to what the pundits will tell you, this is an R+1 district and we will fight tooth and nail to ensure it remains in Republican hands in 2020.”
