Does Torres Small think botched abortion survivors deserve care?

Yesterday, socialist Democrat Xochitl Torres Small was confronted over her refusal to support the Abortion Survivors Protection Act of 2019, legislation that would protect infants born alive after a botched abortion attempt.

When asked by a constituent why she hadn’t signed the petition to bring the bipartisan bill to the floor, Torres Small fumbled for an answer saying children who are born have “the right to care,” and that “legal protections” already exist.

So, if Torres Small believes botched abortion survivors deserve medical treatment, why won’t she sign the discharge petition?

Maybe it’s because she’s a former abortion staffer who proudly stands with abortion extremists rather than newborn babies or her constituents…
