DCCC faceplants in TX-31

Cheri Bustos and the DCCC boldly named TX-31 as one of their 2020 targets back in January, but the filing deadline has now come and gone, leaving them with a host of D-list candidates, the best fundraiser of whom has just $57k cash on hand compared to Rep. Carter’s $725k.

Guess it was hard to convince folks to run after failed Congressional candidate MJ Hegar spent an eye-popping $5 million and still lost by 3 points.
