Will Haley do her job?

Haley Stevens issued a press release bemoaning the president’s budget.
That’s rich considering last year she and her socialist Democrat colleagues failed to PROPOSE a budget.
Does Haley’s whining mean she will actually do her job this year?
Or will she just keep obsessing over her hatred of President Trump?
